Edwin is married to Linnette and has one son named Christian, who is a freshman at UW Whitewater.
Edwin serves as the Pastor Teacher at Harvest Church and Unción Fresca (Harvest Hispanic Ministry).
He provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care for both congregations, guiding the community through teachings and leadership, and promoting a culture of faith, love, and service. His goal is to help everyone develop a genuine personal relationship with Jesus.
Edwin enjoys coffee, Star Wars, watching wrestling, spending time with his family, praying, and studying the Bible, although not necessarily in that order.

Scott Guhlke
Executive Pastor
Scott is married to Elizabeth and they keep busy with their four adult kids Jacob, Eli, Naomi and Rebekah.
Scott serves as our Executive Pastor, overseeing the ministries at Harvest and leading the church towards our mission of Loving God and Loving Others together.
Scott has a passion to see people living out the Gospel in their everyday lives as they love God and love others well.
In his free time, he enjoys walking the Wild Goose trail with Elizabeth and his crazy husky Nali, enjoying the outdoors with his family and watching baseball.
Scott serves as our Executive Pastor, overseeing the ministries at Harvest and leading the church towards our mission of Loving God and Loving Others together.

Jacob Bauder
Pastor of Student Ministries
Jacob is married to his wife, Janessa, and is passionate about investing in the next generation and helping students take ownership of their faith.
Jacob serves as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Harvest Church, leading students in grades 6–12 as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. His heart is to create a place where every student feels known, challenged, and encouraged to follow Christ through practical, Scripture-centered teaching.
Outside of ministry, Jacob is a huge fan of Spider-Man, movies, road trips, and gaming. He's always up for a Marvel discussion, a spontaneous adventure, or introducing someone to one of his favorite films. And if you spot an empty energy drink can in the trash, there's a pretty good chance Jacob has been there recently.

Rachel Cameron
Office Manager
Rachel serves as Office Manager at Harvest Church keeping daily operations running smoothly. While she loves her role supporting the leadership through communication, scheduling, and event coordination, her heart is for people. Rachel loves to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and she regularly volunteers in our Kids, Student and Women’s ministries. In her free time Rachel enjoys being home soaking up time with her own two kids and dabbling in a variety of hobbies.

Linnette nació y fue criada en Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Lugar donde conoció y se casó con el Pastor Edwin y donde nació su hijo Christian.
Actualmente Linnette se desempeña como Gerente de Oficina, líder de Alabanza y Adoración, y supervisora del Departamento de Niños del Ministerio Unción Fresca.
Linnette disfruta el poder trabajar y hacer ministerio junto a su esposo y ver vidas transformadas por la Palabra de Dios. Aunque ella ama todo lo que hace, su pasión es la adoración a Dios a través de la música. Pasión que nace de un corazón que está demasiado agradecido como para no adorar.
Linnette disfruta la lectura, cantar, resolver sudokus, cocinar y pasar tiempo con sus dos grandes amores, Edwin y Christian.
Linnette was born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, where she met and married Pastor Edwin and where their son, Christian, was born.
Currently, Linnette serves as the Office Manager, Praise and Worship leader, and supervisor of the Children's Department at Uncion Fresca Ministry. She enjoys working alongside her husband in ministry and witnessing lives transformed by the Word of God. While she loves every aspect of her work, her true passion lies in worshiping God through music—a passion that comes from a heart filled with gratitude. She always says; “I’m too grateful not to worship”.
In her free time, Linnette enjoys reading, singing, solving Sudoku puzzles, cooking, and spending quality time with her two great loves, Edwin and Christian.
